I've been waiting for him to turbo his YXZ for a long time. I shudder at his tuning method though. Tuning by an AFR gauge is iffy at best when boosted. Especially since he is a novice tuner. I also commented in the video that his wideband O2 sensor is really too close to the end of the exhaust and will give him false lean readings at anything much under WOT.
I think he's using FTECU to tune and flash. It looked like he was tuning fuel by throttle position rather than MAP, but maybe he was doing both. I haven't tuned a system with a boost sensing fuel pressure regulator. So I don't know enough to say which way to go with that.
I wish him the best. If he figures out a way to get good logs to tune from he will have a lot easier and safer time tuning.
