Congrats on joining the addiction! I would look into a new cage and harnesses as soon as you can. There is a thread on recommended things to do right away with a new car. I’ll try to find it and post the link. I haven’t done a tune yet but it’s on my to do list. Enjoy the ride!

Congrats on joining the YXZ club! I have used the flash tune bench setup on both of my machines. The software is less than user friendly, but once you figure out how to navigate it, it is alright. I am happy with the results and it definitely makes a huge difference in engine performance. Also nice that you can disable the speed limiter and select coolant fan on and off temps to suit your liking. One feature that I have not seen documented is that after you do the flash tune, the roll over sensor is ignored so there are no nuisance trips if on rough terrain. This means the motor will continue to run after a roll until you turn if off. I did not see an option to leave the auto-kill function intact.

Yeah navigating the software on the benchtop ecu flash is my biggest concern.
Having the license to do future upgrades is enticing.
Has anyone posted step by step on a benchtop?

Welcome and congrats on the inbound rig.
As far as Flash Tune, they have a pretty good tech help number, if you are all hooked up and call them they'll walk you through the process pretty well, talk with a real bad limp and they're a little more understanding, lol, in my case I didn't need to fake it.

Welcome. Harnesses and a new cage before accessories. There's accessories that won't mount to an aftermarket cage.
