I believe the new Yxz1000R engine is a lower CC Genesis engine. Here is a video of the MPI Turbo kit on the snowmobile. Says if dealer installs it, Yamaha will honor factory warranty.

Word is they are getting almost 9HP per pound of boost with the sled motor. The sled motor they offer a head shim to lower compression and they run 10lbs of boost on 91 octane. I wonder how much HP the drive-train can handled realistically in the YXZ1000R
