The Aerocharger Engineers have done it again with the YXZ. Here are a few pictures of the Air/Air Intercooled Kit utilizing the industries only Variable turbine Turbo charger built in house at Aerocharger.

We will also be offering a Non/Intercooled and a Air/Water Intercooled Kit. That’s right all three options will be available to match the requirements of the end user whether it be Dunes, Trail, or Baja racing.

A few features that are included and more importantly maintained is the
Factory equal length header, we do not have to cheat this in order to try and
spool our turbo and avoid lag. Our Aerocharger will do that for us.

Factory length Intake runner, CNC plates are cool but Yamaha knows how to build engines and we understand the natural frequency of the intake track.

Following the standards set many years ago in Formula One racing turbocharger systems you will find a 18% ratio Air plenum. This is a very large plenum to insure each cylinder gets a full charge of air from the turbo.

You will have multiple choices for fuel management to fit your need, A “no fuss” option or a full blown race option with the ability to control everything.

Color matching is just one of the fine details we will have. Although these are after market performance parts does not mean they have to look like it.

That is a nice clean set up
Looks like you're giving RPM a run for their money! Love the nice clean install! We need dyno numbers and pricing!
