Stock ones look pretty heavy duty...did someone succeed in messing up one of your rental units?

Thank goodness for damage deposits, right?
It does look like overall these are robust units with not a lot of failures. Any roasted clutches yet? How do you make sure some knothead doesn't blow those out?

Any other notable failures you are running into with your cars?

One thing to think about when going with heavier duty tie-rods is - where will that then direct the force of an impact? Spindle? Steering rack? Just something to consider.....
If much prefer stock tie rods on our rentals for that exact reason... Except they are non existent!
Mill shoot you a pm hoping you can help me out....

1/2" where it necks down for the threads. 14 mm fine thread i think and if you measure the outside of the hex part (where you use a wrench) it is .6"
This is the rack ends.
