aight what's this and if it's reverse how's it work???

If it is a reverse it could be you have to hold the paddle in or out then shift, sort of like on the raptor 700 you have to turn the reverse knob then shift into reverse.

Exactly what it is. You'll have to pull on it with left hand and push the gear selector forward with right hand
