Been thinking about doing the alba re flash and air box spacer on a bone stock 19 yxz ss is there any mods I should do before I do the re flash and air box spacer?

If not a slip-on or full exhaust, then at least the Alba spark arrestor replacement.

Flash first. Then install exhaust. Not the other way around. Better to run too rich than too lean. Rich is a set of spark plugs, lean is a new motor.....

Exhaust and tune from Alba is a great start, adding the Alba spacer is defiantly beneficial but keep in mind you might be victim of deceleration pop due to the oem air injection system. A set of aftermarket block off plates will fix that problem and they are very affordable with multiple vendors here on the forum. To save yourself time may I recommend the gytr velocity stacks especially because your already going to have the intake box off, I believe you can grab a complete set for under $100. And lastly I read that you maybe thinking about a set of cams in the future, do your research and weight out your options, Alba cams are great and have a lot of R & D thrown at them, but I would also recommend checking out a set of Yamaha viper cams, they are from Yamahas snowmobile line and drop right in to our vehicles at a fraction of the price, check out partzilla and they’re around $120/ea. And yes Alba Nate has a tune for them and will re-tune your ecu if you decide to add cams in the future.

The stacks are interesting but not for all - not sure who you spoke to at Alba, but you'll gain some in the upper RPM's with some loss in the lower.. Search on here and you'll see a ton on it..

Block off plates are a must - cheap too..

If you do what you are suggesting - it is very close to what I have today:
  • Trinity Stage 5 - Exhaust (full header and can)
  • Alba Air Box Spacer
  • R2C Air Filter
  • GYTR Secondary Filter
  • Alba Tune
  • WR Block Off Plates
I have '16 gearing and I am running 30" BFG KM3 tires with no gear reduction to match the '19 so I am a bit taller. I will say that I have plenty of power, if I was doing drags or dunes I would want more. Cams in the future because I can and it would be fun - just before building the motor.
