Some tube, a bender and a welder and your on your way. Or contact a local fab shop.
IIRC thats been out of production for 4 years. I don't recall it making much of a splash, so finding a used one might be tough.
If your up too doing the CageWRX super shorty. Fabbing up that bumper wouldn't be too tough.
