I have a tubeworks rally drive alternator on mine. Definitely worth it. I’ve seen a few different types. My altenator does not use a belt. It is gear driven & mounted on the back of the transmission. I have not had a issue with a discharged battery. I run a rigid LED bar& pods, 5 ft led whips, LED Low & high beams ,winch, turn signals, and sound system. I can use all at at the same time.

I didn’t know TW made yxz alternator. No belt I’d have definitely checked it out.

It is quite the unit. Sprague clutch so it only picks up on higher RPM, completely enclosed like the OEM. Definitely the way to go.... But IINM no longer in production 😢.
