Our YXZ now has 170 hard Kms and works amazing. Now it is turbo time.
We have boosted and fuelled hundreds of these Yamaha four strokes, and will throw our best at this project.
We will be using our fast spooling GSX billet wheeled Garrett turbo, water to intercooler on closed loop, electronic boost controller, Turbosmart wastegate actuator and recirc valve, and of course our standalone extra injector controller.
This setup can be run as low as 160 hp and as much as 350 hp with the right engine mods.

now thats what we are talkin about how long till testing and selling ?
We should be testing within 2 weeks. We are confident with the program and fuel mapping will be almost identical to our Yamaha Viper turbo kits.
Once we are satisfied with the prototype, the cnc guys get involved and cut our production parts for intercooler, turbo mount, exhaust, etc.
We expect to ship kits by end of Feb. This is prime time for our snowmobile turbo kits so the crossover will slow us down some.
Here is a clip of me riding a Yamaha Nytro we built 5 years ago and what it will do climbing a 1000 ft chute in 2 1/2 feet of fresh snow. The motors are very similar to the YXZ.

What's price on it .See your sled kits are like 9k
Pricing is not yet finalized.
Not sure where you got that price from. Our most expensive water to air intercooled kit is 6895.00 which is roughly 5500.00 in USD.
The parts in our YXZ kit will be good to over 350 hp with engine mods.

Can the tranny take that much hp is the big question
Are you doing a 150 or so kit? That's as far as I want to go

The kit will run about 160 hp at 5-6 lbs boost on pump fuel.
From our experience, we would rather give the customer a kit they can increase power without buying a bunch of upgrades later.
So many times a customer has said they would be happy with a small increase in power over stock, then ask for more a short time later.
The beauty about the YXZ is that there is no clutch weight changes needed for more hp. Just turn up the boost.

There will be mechanical limits somewhere in this car once boosted, and people will find them.

Nice! I also like the exhaust much better than what MPI has with that Fugly sideways can. Please keep us updated.

very nice, a lot cleaner than the MPI coming out. Stock exhaust look, the airbox plummed to stock location vs. hanging down by the dry sump and Air/Water.
