Ok so I have used this sufff in pretty much all my toys and no issues I'm thinking of doing a coolant change and flush and planning to use engine ice. Anyone out there done this already and have you seen any difference in temp ?? THAnks

Why??? Mine has never ever ran hot even in plus 100 degree crawling???? I don't do heavy mud. I don't believe Engine ice gives you any or little freeze protection.

Be careful using Ice, their is a post somewhere on this and if I remember right it destroys the thermostat housing.

I have been running Engine Ice on my old Rhino, have never had an issue. On the yxz I run Yamaha coolant , boosted and 105 plus degrees, no issues either.

Just switched to engine ice. No difference in temps, I honestly wouldnt waste your time

Nothing wrong with engine ice ...Polypropylene glycol vs Ethylene glycol. If you use plain old antifreeze 50/50 it would run cooler at 30/50 AF/Water and still protect from freeze and lubricate seals. I would NEVER use water wetter. Google Brown Gunk. Its a good idea chemical surfactant maybe for racing where it gets changed often ...but breaks down into brown gunk over time.

just did the switch to engine ice dont know if it is better but sure is a pain the ass to try and get all the old stuff out. flushed with 3 gallons of water (distilled) and some vinegar

I removed the thermostat housing and I run Evans in everything I own. It has saved dirt bikes and my diesel

I have been using the yama cool purple stuff for around 7500miles and it seems to help run cooler temps.

not sure that you can mix the two. I would stick with what it came with you can find it anywhere.(green stuff) i carry some coolant with me .and engine ice is pricey
