From the first couple of a most recent job cutting everything up to 37’ long, the larger chunk was from a blow down in the road at 30.5” the head can still go larger on the John Deere 1270G, then the way we move the wood out of the thinning units on a Timberjack 1210 with an extension that can be slid in and out for different lengths carrying up to 37’.

Thanks for your work Skeans1. Please bring your crew to Montana, no logging anymore here, so its just burning up and causing an environmental ugly mess.

One main problem in Montana there’s no mills left and working for 6 maybe 9 months out of the year makes it real hard to replace this kind of equipment.

I was a photogrammetric engineer for 26 years...retired after I had a severe cranial hemorrhage and died (yes, really!). After I recovered, went to truck driving school and drove semis for a few years. For the last 10 years I've been a groundskeeper at golf courses, and currently work at Adobe Creek National Golf Course in Fruita, CO.

V.P. of a prototype fabrication shop. From tool design to robotic welded assemblies, we do it all. I would post a couple pics of full 2nd and 3rd row seats we are currently making but we have confidentiality agreements with our customers. Parts and assemblies we make are for vehicles 1-3 yrs before release to public.

Wow.....compared to you guys....I was a slacker....lol
I'm 49
1st real job was delivering for Dominos......18 years old with right arm in a cast, worked for them the entire time I was in the cast.....1.5 years.....was thrilled to get a job.
Went into construction for 4 years after that, then commercial painter.....went to work in a new local warehouse as a forklift operator for 19 years.
Got medically retired after blowing the aortic valve out of my heart and type a & b dissection of aortic artery.....survived 5 hours before the hospital figured it out and flew me to a real hospital for open heart.
We were good with our money or I couldn't afford my toys.
Been retired since 2012.
