What kind of options has everyone come up with to mount a flag on the front of the YXZ ? It’s a requirement at the dunes in Michigan. I haven’t seen any bumpers that have an integrated flag mount. Looking like adding a tab to the bumper might be the best option.

This is what I came up with. I’ll run two steel whips that twist on.

I have the Super ATV bumper. Ended up going with a twist clamp. Clamps on to the vertical bar on the outside end, and rotates to flat. It was hard to find because the bar is skinny.

If you're going with a weld on option check AA Mfg for tabs. I used a large tab with one side cut back for a rear roll cage mount, IIRC they cost $1.50 each. They have pretty much any type, size, or use tab you could want.

I like that a lot. At least while I have the stock bumper. Do you have any problem with the weight of the flag in the wind twisting the mounts backwards being they only have one bolt holding them?

The solution to that potential issue is a spring.

Thanks! The way the angle iron is clamped it can’t rotate. It’s locked in that position.
I also plan on running one bright orange flag and a darker flag for contrast.

Check out kemimotodream on ebay, they have clamp on brackets for whips that are multipositional.
