How far can I push it on pump gas?

I have a 2018 yxz and I'm currently doing research on turbos for it. I'm hoping to have it up and running by April.

Anyways, how much power can I expect to make on pump gas? I'm not looking to make a ton of power I just want to be able to keep up with my dad's Can-Am Maverick X3 that I believe is like 200hp to the crank? Being faster than him would be great but I'm just trying to close the gap.

I ride in the Oregon sand dunes. I think they have 92 or 93 octane at the pumps

I'm less worried about building the engine than I am about running anything other than standard pump gas. We have a gas tank/pump on our toy hauler that is used for several machines. I'd like to keep the fuel the same as everything else for convenience.
DLP Stage 1 is tuned for pump gas with stock compression.
Stage 2 requires 96-97+ octane unless the compression is lowered. We have an optional hi / low boost switch to go between stage 1 and stage 2 on the fly.

Stage 3 kit is tuned for pump gas and requires the engine compression be lowered:

All that being said, we don't recommend boosting any stock 2016-2018 YXZ's. Yes folks have done it, but knowing the rods are weaker we'd prefer folks at least upgrade the rods on 16-18 YXZ's.
