Another spectacular sunset on presidents day at Glamis after a drive out to "Valley of Names".

We took a snow ride weekend before last. Met up with about a dozen machines with tracks. The weather got pretty sour up near the peak we were on, visibility went to zero, wind blowing about 30mph, snowing like mad. There was several feet of snow on for a good base, and we hit a couple spots with 12-18" of fresh powder.
I think the turbo Yammy is a perfect match for the tracks. Other than the obligatory stopping to work on the Polaris's, it was an awesome day. Next time I will take more pics.

Just back from a week trip to AZ. Stayed in Lake Havasu City and rode north (CA), south and east of Parker. Awesome riding - lots of abandoned mines, washes, etc.

Beautiful day today, 61 degrees, blue skies. Snow all the way down to 2k, we can ride up to 6k. Hopefully it melts quick, really takes away a lot of good riding.

Since the snow is so low spent the day clearing out one of the lower roads we usually don't use. My arms and wrists are wasted, spent 6 hours chopping and clearing brush. Now there is a road again

We had a backhoe go down so I had to go in early and get it fixed on my day off so they could use it. I was pretty tired so I thought I'd take a nap while I was out riding. Found that parking on a hill laid me back so I could sleep like a baby Have never napped while riding before, must say it was pretty awesome!

Getting out here in AZ before the inferno kicks in... Started at 5:00am @ 65 degrees, it was 99 by 4:00pm. No flaming on stocker cage - waiting on some tabs for a WIY kit sitting in garage.. Probably a summer project here instead of winter like most folks..

For sure - it's getting there, the other weekend I ran up to Crown King north of here at around 5500ft to get cooler..

YXZ riding is generally on hold for me July - Mid Sept. Time to go to the lake!

That, or I go to the hills in the summer - I can get up to around 7500-8000' which gets mid summer temps into the low 80's..
