I wouldn't believe any code with a down battery.... charge the battery and see if it clears.

IIRC Thats the insufficient voltage.

Disconnect both positive and negative batt cable. Wait a couple seconds. The touch the cables together to reset codes.

Now AFTER recharging battery (or replace if required).

Restart and see if code comes back.
