I am another happy Weller customer.
Just back from my first trip to the dunes with a High Performance Sports (HPS) spark arrestor and a Weller tune: The car ran noticeably better. It's smoother throughout the RPM range and pulls a little harder. Also, gone is the lean, off the bottom feel; I am no longer slipping the clutch going slow in first gear to prevent stalling.
I was considering the Alba airbox spacer, but after checking my secondary air filter, I can understand why people get frustrated by the installation. Without the spacer, it's a very tight fit. I have seen plenty of dirt bikes with ruined engines from unrecognized intake leaks.
I am on the side of the fence that does NOT use K&N style air filters.
