Its goodHow's the drive line splined coupler?
The site doesn't host video. The easiest way is to upload it to YouTube and then post the link here.I have a video but it doesn't let me post it on here

2000 miles stock tires and hard packed trailsThe dogs on the gear that engage the drive power are rounding off.
There are a lot of topics on this, and a lot of people that don't believe it happens.
How many miles? What size tires? Where do you ride?
Noo they all looked good to me no bends or wear on them^^^^^^Did you find one of those bent?
Its does it in every gear but reverseDoes it matter what gear you are in? Wish the video had you shifting 1 to 2nd to 3rd. If it is a trans gear, the frequency would shift with the gear and be silent in the gear that had the problem, been my experience on motorcycles. I seems to me from the video that your chatter is speed dependent, not rpm or clutch dependent which would point to final drive.
Also curious if switching in and out of 4x4 changed to chatter.
I just went thru a similar chatter that was solved by throwing more cv lube in all four of the rear cv's. My chatter volume increased when turning sharp on the pavement in my neighborhood, almost disappearing when going straight, and silent when on the dirt. More lube in the cv boots made chatter disappear completely.

When the dogs wear and round it does not necessarily mean you will find stuff in the filter. You took the trans apart, do you have any pics of the gears?2000 miles stock tires and hard packed trails
I have the tranny taken apart right now and didnt see anything wrong and barely any shavings

You might consider installing a Quick Shift system and install one of the lighter weight flywheels.I was riding my yxz hard like i should and kinda throw my gear in before throwing the clutch and started hearing a clinking noise
