I presume that you were just inside the transmission as it looks very clean. My guess is that the oil pump gear is damaged.

The plastic gear can get damaged pretty easily during the assembly of the transmission case halves. That is what I think MIGHT have happened. It is an educated guess. The only thing really happening when you are sitting still is the input shaft is spinning and the tranny oil pump is running. It doesn't sound like an input shaft to me, so defaulting to something with the pump drive. Good luck figuring it out, but that is going to require taking the tranny back apart, IMO.

Everything in the picture seems good, I think.... Shafts straight? Bearings smooth? What was the reason for the rebuild in the first place? Same issue and not resolved?

Well I guess we know its not the oil pump....lol. But seriously, what else did you replace trying to fix this problem. Maybe the needle bearing in the clutch basket is toast.

If you have switched to a light flywheel it could just be gear chuckle. You need to figure which gears are under load when you hear the noise. If all the time it may have a cracked tooth on the input gears.

I just did the same thing, found I bent a tooth on my slider gear between 4/5 on the main shaft (clutch shaft) I did a bad half gear clutch drop in 2nd and it bent a tooth.
My noise was rpm related not speed and would go away clutch In.i spend soo much money replacing everything, shafts gears and bearing but never replaced the idler gear cause 4/5 and the slide gear dogs were minty. But that slide gear had a bent tooth and I chased my tail for a month with 8 days between ordering parts everytime

Take out the trans and inspect. Spin the main shaft if it binds in one spot at the same spot everytime likely you have the same issue
