Here are our dyno sheets showing the YXZ1000 up against the Polaris RZR XP1000.

The top image shows the YXZ with our new WR Edition full dual exhaust with the YXZ stock airbox/stock filters and an XP1000 with dual Muzzy's and aftermarket filter/intake. The bottom image shows both vehicles in stock form with no mods. We use the same size dyno tires for all of our dyno runs for continuity.

Pretty cool gains from just a full pipe on the YXZ!

This has a nicer torque curve than I was expecting. Thanks for the info. Looks like this will be a fun machine.

When I first looked at this I thought oh shit, no horsepower until rpms are reached. But the torque curve
is much better than I expected and it will have plenty to get you rolling!!
Looks great

This is kind of a crazy looking hp curve, don't you all think. You know the YXZ is at rpm before it shifts??? Why does the curve build gradually like that?

Have you ever seen a dyno graph? They hit a certain gear then slow down to a low rpm and then gun it to redline. Looks like 4th gear was used.

Those are some very good gains with only an exhaust! I can't wait to see the additional results once the programming starts to get re tuned. I'll bet another 10hp is very realistic with the programming and advancing the ignition. Nice post!

I guess theres a few people not used to a relatively normal dyno graph, and are only used to seeing CVT machine dyno graphs... haha... its all good though

So... the claim is 77hp to 86hp with ONLY exhaust change (no ecu, no intake, nothing else) ????

If that's claim... hate to be the THAT GUY but I just don't see it happening.

Thanks for posting dyno's though.

Flame away.

ECU reprogramming is already under way by Benchmark performance

We have zero reason to lie about it....can't manipulate or fluff numbers on our dyno, either. If you have ever bought a Yamaha sport quad you already know how easy it is to uncork the stock stuff........

Yep, exhaust, intake and tuner on my raptor 700 made it feel like a whole new machine. It actually gave it a lighter feel because it was so much more responsive.

Lol. My outy xt with a 1133 kit felt like a big husky enduro afterwards. Blip and let the rear steer it:)

Nicely done Weller Racing!
And after some intake and re flash work it should get even better.
IMHO Yamaha left lots more HP to be found - so the 2017 can have 122hp, etc.

Alba's dyno showed the factory AFR to be on the rich side (no surprise there) so it is also not surprising that gains could be had easily on the exhaust side which would naturally lean it up for more power.
