hello guys so i been doing a bunch of reading and searching and everything seems to be for the 2016 models or the later models or even for the x2 model shocks but nothing for the normal 2019+ rc2 shocks that most of us have

im trying to get the most out of my stock suspension for a year or so till i decide to do a rebuild from weller but for the time being i want a good ride. right now the car is 100% stock settings
just wondering what you guys have for your guys settings that way i can experience some changes and see what feels the best .

my style of riding is some what aggressive fast whoops trail riding a lot of drifting etc. faster paste thats for sure..

i would appreciate it if i can get some of yaw feedback

there are too many things to consider before setting shocks up like another car.

first get your ride height correct (14" ground clearance if stock tires), then set your crossover rings so 1/2" before than coil bind, then you can baseline your adjusters. i usually set full stiff on high speed and start with 6 clicks out on low speed compression. since your x2 shocks, you get both high and low speed rebound adjusters as well. start with the most rebound dampening then adjust one turn at a time. what you want is the car to completely cycle the suspension on compression but not "spring or bounce" back. it takes a few times to really dial them in, you wont be able to just turn in settings and leave it.

get your ride height dialed in first with the crossovers, then get a notepad and go find some terrain that you ride with some decent whoops. suspension testing, when done properly, will change your utv 100%

thanks for the response bud i been wanting to adjust the height but i need to purchase the wrench to adjust the height or is there another way to do this?

it should be 14 front and 13 rear ? or 14 front and rear?

and just to get it clear more rebound dampening means going counter clockwise on the rebound adjuster ?or clockwise
and then adjust one turn at a time .

my car is 100% stock no tire carrier nothing on the bed just wheels spacers

same applies for rc2 and x2, x2 just has 2 rebound adjusters. adding more rebound dampening will be turning the adjuster on the bottom clockwise. this slows down the shock return speed. if you find a set of whoops, and hit it at like 40mph, if the rear start to buck and hop around, you need more rebound dampening (clockwise adjustment). if it starts to "pack up" and you feel the whoops in your spine, that means the shock isnt returning to its static state fast enough, and you need less dampening (counterclockwise adjustment)
