Where to ride in central and Northern California ?

Ok so since this is my first Sxs , is anyone on this forum from here in California ? I know of the off-road parks like carnegie , hollister pismo and Frank Raines . What I am not sure is how our forest trails are. I have ridden pipi valley and deer creek but there aren't that many trails for Sxs up there. Let me know if there any good trails in our hills ! Thank you , exracer2

I grew up, my first 34 years in Crowley Lake just south of Mammoth Lakes. There are endless two tracks in that area. As well as the Bishop area. All around Crowley, to the top of the mountains, Laurel Lakes, McGee mountain, Wheeler Ridge is a great 50 mile round trip pretty demanding ride, starts near Toms Place, white mountains, coyote ridge, I could go in for days. That is just a few of the spotlight areas. I have put tens of thousands of miles in that area and lots of nearby Nevada.

We have a group of SxS riders that go camping/riding/fishing in Mammoth every summer around july 4th for a week.
