YXZ Chromoly Front Clip by Weller Racing.

Replacing mine so this is a post for reference.

I'll be adding some gusseting like Raycars, Texterra, Weller rear frame brace. Long travel later.

would you still be able to show the stock one side by side of it?
Truly a piece of artwork! Saved me a total frame change out and was way studier than stock. Weller Racing has the market cornered in this one! Super company!!!!

Yes, should have it cut off for the swap by next weekend, it's a simple process.

stock will look the same. there is only minimal additional bracing however the components used are substantially stronger than stock.

the suspension pivots tabs are 3/16 i believe and stock is doubled up .120 plate (IIRC)
there is a gusset plate were the bulkhead ties to the frame rail

i see the painted one in the phot has a half tube cut/coped for the landing on the factory frame/bulkhead. is that on yours as well or did they add that? i didnt have it on mine and man....that wouldve made life a lot easier haha.

glad to see the rebuild moving forward!

@Thesandaddict the photo of the repaired front was from Jason Pearce Instagram, repair he did on a YXZ buddy of his. Yessir on the half tube landing. I'm glad I came across his post 😁🤙🏼 I will be putting it on same way (well my Welder will). Looking forward to get back out on the trails 😁
I'll be wrenching on mine this weekend....
But here's some pictures of Blue Coyote Racing - Uncle Al's Automotive Oregon. Side by side.
