My YXZ will arrive end of October so i need to fab a trailer and make it ready for it, my concern is the width of the YXZ, is the 64" measured from center to center of the tire or is it the full width.

The reason makes me ask this %[email protected]#%$^ question is that i heard somewhere that the RZR will measure 66" - 67" by measuring tape while popo says its 64".

If you plan to use ratchet straps to tie the machine down, don't forget the suspension will squat, which will in turn increase the width of the tires on your trailer. With this being a sift suspension, I would not be surprised to see 2-4 inches increase in width. Either way, building a 6' wide trailer would be completely reasonable, and allow you wiggle room if you choose to run larger tires down the road.
